“In my experience, connecting with other people has to do with how much we want to accept them as unique human beings. We all have different life experiences and we behave according to them. I have found myself being more understanding of student’s personalities because I know that they are learning new skills in their lives and I am able to identify myself with them because I feel the need to improve my own skills.”
